Service Questions
Coaching online and having different in person options can be confusing! If you don't see your question below, feel to send me an email!
"I already have a gym membership; can't you train me there?"
Every gym has their own training policy; most won't allow outside trainers to use their facility. However, I can still coach you online.
"I don't know if I need in person coaching or online!"
If you are new to strength training or not as comfortable navigating a gym-I would highly suggest starting with some in person training to ensure we build a strong foundation for you to eventually feel more comfortable training on your own. Beyond that- we determine your needs through the free consultation. Once you've filled out the inquiry, I'll schedule a Zoom call and together we can go over your needs, wants, and level of experience. It's also not uncommon for clients to switch services as well depending on where they are in their goal achievement.
"Does nutrition coaching come with the monthly training sessions?"
Yes! I feel it's best to combine nutrition and lifestyle change with any training program for the most optimal coaching experience and education.
" What is hybrid coaching?"
Hybrid coaching is basically a client will train with me at my gym a selected number of sessions per month, but depending on the package they buy, they will also be given a training program to do at the gym or home as well. That way you can still workout 3-4 days per week and see results faster.
" Wait!! Didn't I see you training at a local gym?"
Yes! You may have. I have a very limited select clients from when I first started at a local gym many years ago and they remain on my schedule. However, that is completely separate from my coaching LLC and those clients do not get any outside help at all. If you want the full coaching experiences, then you'll need to select one of my services.
" Where do you train clients?"
I have a gym at my house that I train my clients out of. If I have the availability, I can travel up to 5 miles from my house, however, that usually cost a little more for gas and travel time.
