Erin | Virtual Coaching

Erin and I worked together for 8 months. I coached her on the nutrition remotely. We started with lower macros and adjusted them as needed. She lives a very busy lifestyle and wanted to be able to enjoy her travel time but then also stay within the nutrition coaching I had recommended.

Christina | Hybrid Coaching

Christina and I worked together for a full year. She trained in my gym 8 times a month and we set a baseline for macros and did a full and complete deep dive into her nutrition, gut, and hormones. She has a job that prevents her from eating full balanced meals, so trying to eliminate the all-day snacking in exchange for real quality foods was the main focus. Lowering stress and changing a few weekend habits was very successful for her.

Amber | In-Person Coaching

Amber and I worked together for a full year and still currently training in my gym. She lives an extremely busy life with little time to herself. She works a full-time job and has children as well. We initially started with macros, then moved into meal selection and timing. We focused in on managing stress, self-care and moderating nutritional habits.
